Get a Library Card
Library Cards are free for Livingston County residents or persons who pay property taxes in Livingston County. Those residing outside of Livingston County may apply for a non-resident card. The card cost $40 for a year or $12 for 12 weeks. Identification and proof of current address are required to get a card.
