We also boast an awesome Summer Reading Program during June and July to retain reading levels during the summer slide. Craft and have fun during our 12 Days of Christmas activities every December for year round FUN and LEARNING!!

The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program is designed to help parents/caregivers prepare their children for one of life’s big milestones: Kindergarten! A number of research projects have proven over and over again that children get ready to read years before they begin their formal education. The most effective way to get your child ready to learn is to read to them. This program supports pre-reading skills through five early literacy components, phonological awareness, vocabulary, print convention, background knowledge, and letter knowledge. These act as the foundation for reading skills. Sign up your little one to strengthen those skills and encourage your child to be a life long reader!

FAMILY FRIENDLY DVD’s – We have an extensive DVD collection appropriate for the whole family to enjoy together.

MUSIC CDs – Kids Music CDs are available for checkout featuring nursery rhymes, songs for young children and those young at heart!
